Highlights
This is the first of Adam's two South African mini-tour concerts. The gig features a heavily reworked set complete with new songs, new costumes, dancers and props (including a straitjacket)!
- The new/reworked songs:
- With "Cuckoo" now performed early on the set, it no longer contains the band introduction but is performed in full.
- The dancers: The gig marks the return of Terrance Spencer who danced for Adam during GNT and Johnny Rice. Both have a long history of friendship with Adam, and danced for him on Kiss & Tell years ago.
- The costumes (where to begin?):
- For the first part of the set, a blue suit with lightning bolt emblazoned on the back of the jacket. The background singers wear blue wigs of the same colour.
- Straitjacket over the blue outfit for "Cuckoo".
- Jeans, black tank top and vest for the middle, slower section.
- Fringed arm sleeves with a black tank top, vest and lace-up crotch leather pants; the background singers sport black afro wigs.
- Black and yellow striped leather jacket custom-designed by The Blonds, with yellow pants spray-painted with black stripes. The dancers sport yellow afro wigs.
